The location in a good area was particularly good and absolutely perfect and there were a market and stores nearby. Btw, went to city center, located just a pleasant stroll away from the hotel...

We booked a suite with a lovely view of the inner courtyard, the bed was very spacious, and there was WiFi; the location was great, right by the old Medina, and close to all the shopping spots in the heart of the old medina.

The location of the hotel was great, with easy access to food and transportation options. The staff were generally very pleasant and eager to please. I particularly enjoyed the free mint tea and biscuits that were offered every afternoon. The small but comfortable room was also a positive aspect, with soft twin beds and a clean environment.
There were a few negatives during my stay. The bathroom was shared with a large number of people, resulting in long wait times and a lack of cleanliness.

The location of the hotel was excellent, being close to the tram station, restaurants, and shops. the cleanliness of the riad was commendable, with clean sheets and towels provided. the rooftop terrace was a great spot to relax and enjoy the views.
the noise level in my room was quite high, especially during the evenings, which made it difficult to rest. some maintenance issues were observed, such as a broken toilet seat and drainage problems in the kitchen sink.

Great location within the medina, close to the train station and all the attractions. The riad was very clean and nicely decorated. The staff were amazing, so sweet and helpful. They welcomed us with tea and traditional cookies and gave us great tips for exploring the city. The breakfast served on the terrace was delicious.
The room was a bit small and the private shower and toilet were compact. The lack of soundproofing in the room made it a bit noisy, especially when staying near the reception area.
